FROM THE BACK DOOR TO THE LOGBOOK

One simple habit.
A more organized operation.

Keep the original source record connected to the details you’ll need later.

01 / RECEIVE

Photo first.

Photograph the shellstock source record or raw-fish document as it arrives. Keep the source image with the record.

Start at the receiving counter
02 / KEEP TRACK

Follow the lot.

Add dates and identifiers. Keep open shellstock lots in view, then record the last-served date when a lot is emptied.

Give each record its context
03 / FIND IT

Pull it together.

Search the logbook by supplier, species, lot or date. Filter records and prepare an inspector packet to print.

Bring the source photos along

THE PAPERWORK HAS A PLACE

For the documents that move through your seafood operation, day after day.

01

02

Raw-fish documentation

Supplier statements, freezing records and aquaculture documentation in a searchable history.

03

Downstream copies

CLEAR RECORDS. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.

Your source matters.

A photograph captures a document.
It doesn’t validate it.

Tellina organizes your records and checks for missing stored fields. It does not verify source-document content, certify compliance or guarantee inspection results.

Your team still reviews legibility, dates and completeness. Confirm your recordkeeping and retention requirements with your local regulatory authority.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before your
next delivery.

What does Tellina keep organized?

Shellstock source photos and lot details, raw-fish supplier and freezing documentation, and downstream split-lot or delivery records. Open lots, the logbook and inspector packet are part of the same workflow.

Does it replace the original tag or document?

Don’t assume a photo replaces an original. Keep originals as required for your operation and jurisdiction, and confirm what your local regulatory authority accepts.

Can I use it on my phone?

Tellina is designed around a phone’s camera and a mobile browser. Customer saves require an internet connection and account verification; it is not an offline-first system.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial lasts 14 days from signup. Existing records remain readable and exportable; new records and edits are disabled. There is no automatic charge. Paid-plan pricing is not announced here.

When will trial access open?

Customer signup is not yet available. Trial access will open after account access, storage and recovery checks are complete.

Will Tellina tell me if my records are compliant?

No. Stored-field checks help identify missing information, but they do not validate a source photo, your records or your operation’s compliance. Review the documents and confirm applicable requirements locally.
